PETS
Well behaved, adult dogs are welcome but we ask that throws are used on the furniture where they sit. They must not be left alone in the house or left to wander unattended.

CLEANING AND SANITISATION
Health, safety and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning. Ashtrays are provided outside and we ask that cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly and not left on the ground.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
